By my 30th birthday I had started three successful companies, graduated with my masters from Columbia University, and become CEO of the largest Allstate Insurance agency in the country.
I was also having frequent and untreated anxiety attacks while questioning each decision I made in my personal and professional life. During the day my company was setting sales records and improving diversity, culture, recruitment, and retention. At night I was thinking about jumping off my apartment building.
I knew something needed to change. I decided to do the one thing that absolutely scared me the most:
I asked for help.
In the five years since, I’ve gone on a journey of healing and personal growth. Most importantly, I’ve become a believer in the power of coaching and community.
We’re just not meant to do all of this alone.
My coaching style prioritizes kindness, compassion, commitment, and curiosity. If you're ready to ask for help, that's half the battle. Let's talk and see what's next.
Is one or both of your parents your boss? I've been there. Whether it's help working on communication, setting boundaries, or discussing succession, I'm passionate about providing support towards an often overlooked and complicated business dynamic.
Some of the most incredibly successful people I've met have also been the most anxious. Achievement as a treatment for anxiety is often unsustainable and comes at a heavy cost. There are healthier ways to manage the expectations that come with being a founder.
I love working with fellow entrepreneurs and especially enjoy the first stages of creating a business plan. Let's iron out your vision and help get you to launch day!
401ks, IRAs, APRs, Retirement, Budgets, Credit Cards, etc... all of it can be confusing and overwhelming if you haven't been taught or already taught yourself. I'm experienced with creating a non-judgemental space to review financial habits and goals.
